What a Disney gift card gets you
Beyond park tickets and merchandise, the card pays for Disney Resort hotel stays, dining including many table-service restaurants, Disney Cruise Line onboard purchases, Genie+ and Lightning Lane, and shopDisney orders. You can link multiple Disney gift cards in the My Disney Experience app and combine their balances into one, which is how families consolidate several smaller cards before a trip. No activation, dormancy, or per-purchase fees apply.
two formats:
- Physical card: Mailed in a gift sleeve. $15 to $500 per card via disneygiftcard.com.
- E-gift card: Emailed within minutes, redeemable in parks, on shopDisney, and in the app. $15 to $1,000 via disneygiftcard.com; $15 to $200 via Dyme.
You can link up to a documented limit of Disney gift cards in the My Disney Experience app and merge their balances into a single card, then spend the combined total in one transaction.

Can I get a Disney gift card at a discount?
Yes, but not through Dyme. Dyme sells Disney e-gift cards at face value; the value-add is Dyme Miles and instant delivery. Disney gift cards are unusual in that several mainstream retailers discount them:
- Target RedCard, in store or online. Target gives RedCard (debit or credit) holders 5% off Disney gift cards, a standing discount rather than a rotating promo. This is the most reliable Disney discount channel. Physical or eligible online purchase, RedCard required.
- Warehouse clubs (Costco, Sam's, BJ's). All three periodically sell Disney gift-card multi-packs below combined face value — often around 8% to 10% off. Stock rotates and isn't always listed. Membership required.
- Secondary marketplaces (Raise, CardCash). Third-party sellers resell Disney cards a few percent below face. Verify the balance before redeeming, since secondary sellers occasionally list cards with partial balances.
Buying a discounted physical card and linking it to the app, then paying for the gift card with a rewards credit card, is how disciplined Disney planners shave the most off a trip. The rewards stack below adds Dyme Miles on top.
How to stack rewards
Two rewards programs fire on a single Disney gift card purchase through Dyme.
Your credit card earns rewards on the Dyme purchase.
Gift-card resellers typically code as MCC 5947; many cards exclude this MCC from category bonuses.
Earn 1 Mile for every dollar you spend, and 5 Miles per dollarduring special offers — the layer the other channels can't match.
Illustrative only. Card rates, brand-program terms, and Dyme Miles offers change and vary by member; figures above are examples, not a guarantee of value.

How to buy on disneygiftcard.com
- Go to disneygiftcard.com.
- Choose physical or e-gift, pick a design from the large catalog, and set the amount.
- Check out. Disney does not discount its own gift cards on disneygiftcard.com; the discounts live at Target and the warehouse clubs.
How to buy in store
Guest Relations and merchandise locations across Walt Disney World, Disneyland, the Disney Cruise Line, and Disney store/shopDisney pickup points sell physical Disney gift cards. Tell a cast member the amount, pay with cash or card, and the card works park-wide and online. Loadable from $15 to $500.
How to buy at Costco, Sam's Club, or a supermarket
Target carries Disney gift cards with a standing 5% RedCard discount. Costco, Sam's Club, and BJ's run discounted Disney multi-packs that rotate in and out of stock. Supermarket gift-card racks at Kroger, Safeway, and Albertsons stock Disney cards at face value, where you still earn grocery loyalty points and fuel rewards on the purchase.
Designs and personalization
Physical cards: one of the largest design catalogs in gift cards — Mickey and Minnie, Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, Princesses, and seasonal holiday art, with a gift sleeve and printed message at checkout.
E-gift cards: many of the same designs, plus a customizable subject line and recipient message.
shopDisney also sells specialty and collectible gift-card carriers. For bulk and employee gifting, see corporate ordering below.
