Where to Buy HomeGoods Gift Cards: Deals, Rewards & Miles

A HomeGoods gift card is a TJX-family card, so it spends at HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeSense, and Sierra — home decor, apparel, beauty, and outdoor gear at off-price markdowns. It carries no fees and never expires. The ways to buy them differ on speed and whether you earn anything back on the purchase. Here's how each one works.

What a Homegoods gift card gets you

A HomeGoods gift card isn't locked to HomeGoods. It's a TJX-family card, accepted across all five banners — HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeSense, and Sierra — both in store and online where those sites sell. That flexibility is the point: a card bought for home decor also covers apparel, footwear, beauty, and outdoor gear at off-price markdowns. There are no fees and no expiration, and the card works on the ever-changing clearance inventory those stores are built around.

two formats:

  • Physical card: Mailed or bought in store. $5 to $500 per card.
  • E-gift card: Emailed within minutes, redeemable in store or on the TJX-family sites that accept it. $5 to $500 via Dyme.

Multiple TJX gift cards can be combined at one register. They also stack with a TJX Rewards certificate, so a shopper can apply a gift card and a $10 certificate to the same purchase.

Can I get a Homegoods gift card at a discount?

Yes, but not through Dyme. Dyme sells HomeGoods cards at face value; the value-add is Dyme Miles and instant delivery. The discount channels are:

  • Secondary marketplaces (Raise, CardCash). Resold HomeGoods and TJX-family cards typically list a few percent below face value. Confirm the balance before redeeming, since secondary sellers sometimes post partially used cards.
  • Occasional retailer rack promotions. Grocery and drugstore gift-card racks sometimes fold TJX-family cards into seasonal bonus promotions. Stock and pricing rotate by location.
  • The off-price model itself. HomeGoods doesn't discount its gift cards, but the stores run on 20% to 60% below full-price markdowns every day, so the card's spending power is already a discount on the merchandise.

The bigger combined return comes from the rewards stack below: your credit card on the purchase, TJX Rewards when the recipient shops with the TJX card, and Dyme Miles on top.

How to stack rewards
